In the mean time, Linda and I headed for New York to spend a few days with Jordan before she starts school on Sept 6th.
It’s still a little hard to believe this is really going to happen! Things will change dramatically over the next few days. I will go from staying in the condo of some very generous friends right near Times Square
(and sampling wonderful NY restaurants) to staying at some friends house in Chicago to staying in a hostel in Chicago ( the night before we ride out) to living out of a tent for two months and cooking on camp stoves!! Let the games begin.
